Cocoa that contains 100% cacao is very heart healthy and can lower blood pressure a little.  It's most likely better for your health than dark chocolate because it contains one percent total fat, no cholesterol and no sugar.

Grape seed extract helps prevent some cancers and has been shown to treat mice with different cancers. It probably would help prevent some cancers and maybe treat some in humans. Other sources to find information about grape seed extract is Bing and Google.
